We are experts in paperwork without paper. This is efficient, space-saving and environmentally friendly. As ‘digital business natives’, we rely entirely on digital tools to automatically record your employees’ data and working hours and transfer them to payroll accounting.

Digital personnel file

You maintain all personnel data relevant to payroll accounting in your HR software (e.g. Personio, Sage HR, Rexx Systems). This data is then transferred to our payroll software via appropriate interfaces and synchronised directly with payroll accounting.

We pay meticulous attention to data security and GDPR compliance. All statements, certificates and tax documents are securely archived and can therefore always be found quickly. Retention obligations are automatically complied with.

Time recording

We import your data from your time recording system into our payroll programme and check it for plausibility and compliance with all legal regulations. You receive transparent and error-free invoices from us.

We provide you with the analysed data and ensure that it is forwarded to the social insurance institutions. Our documentation ensures that audits run smoothly. We also advise you on legal requirements and optimisation of time recording and support you in introducing digital time recording systems and setting up the corresponding interfaces.  

Absence management

Using your HR software, you can simply send us your data on sick days, holidays, maternity leave, parental leave or short-time working and we will calculate your employees’ continued pay or holiday entitlements. We also correctly report the mandatory contributions to the social insurance providers and take care of the reimbursements.

Reimbursement of expenses

We ensure that expenses for training, hospitality, communication or office supplies are correctly accounted for and reimbursed. We check submitted receipts for correctness and completeness and check whether the expenses are business-related and comply with company guidelines. In doing so, we record whether the reimbursements are exempt from income tax or whether they are remuneration components subject to tax and social security contributions. 

We also ensure that all receipts comply with legal requirements and archive them for tax audits and internal controls.

Travelling expenses

If travel expenses are incurred, we record your employees’ travel expense reports and check the receipts for accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal and tax regulations.

We calculate the tax-free reimbursements for travel expenses, accommodation costs and additional meal expenses and determine the portions subject to tax and social security contributions. Taxable reimbursements are recorded by us and carefully documented in the event of a tax audit.
